College Court Honoured In And 2017 Awards

College Court in Leicester has been awarded the Outstanding Service Award from and a Fabulous Award in the 2017 Loved by Guest Awards.

The highly prized status’ rewards only the very best properties, highlighting exceptional hotel standards and service. 

To be awarded these accolades means that College Court in Leicester achieved a minimum review score of 90% on guest feedback, including cleanliness, guest experience, facilities, food and beverage and customer service. The Awards are given to a select band of hotels in recognition of their excellent record of positive guest reviews.

The awards are special because they are based solely on genuine guest reviews – calculated through the review ratings given by guests who have actually stayed at a property and gone on to publish a review on their websites.

College Courts Centre Director Steve Crawford said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded Fabulous and receive the Outstanding Service Award. It is firm recognition of the unrivalled quality we insist on and the hugely exacting high service standards that we have become renowned for.”

College Court have been open since October 2013 and have enjoyed 4 years of award winning excellence, including the Simply the Guest Award for excellence, a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and Top Rated from as well as Business Improvement through Technology with the Chamber of Commerce and Hotel of the Year in 2016 in the Tourism Awards.
